SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES

We are proud of our international shipping service. However, there are some destinations to which we cannot ship products. If you are located in one of these countries, we will contact you.

LOST/MISSING PARCELS 

Elorylondon™ shall not be held liable if an incorrect address was provided when placing the order. Please ensure that both the billing and delivery addresses are correct before making your purchase. If the error is on our part, we take full responsibility for the order.

CUSTOMS DUTIES

We are not responsible for any costs associated with customs duties after the goods have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages will be shipped and that customs duties may apply when they arrive in your country.

SHIPPING TIMES AND DELAYS

The delivery times given are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and the operating conditions of couriers and customs authorities. In the event of high demand or force majeure (e.g. weather events, health restrictions, strikes), delivery times may be further extended.

By placing an order, the customer accepts these variable shipping times and possible changes to delivery times.

Elorylondon™ is not responsible for delays caused by third parties (couriers, customs authorities, extraordinary events) and does not accept responsibility for complaints or chargebacks due to such delays.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Sometimes tracking may not be available immediately due to free shipping. Your order is usually trackable 5–6 days after you receive your tracking number.

WILL MY PRODUCTS BE SHIPPED IN ONE PARCEL?

Yes, if you order several products, they will all be shipped in one parcel by courier!
