Returns and refunds

If you wish to return a product, please send an e-mail to:

info.elorylondon@gmail.com. and provide the order number and name used when placing the order.

The product must be returned within 14 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. The customer is responsible for returning the package using local logistics services.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.

For a return to be possible, the product must be in the same condition as it was received: unused, unopened, with labels and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase or a receipt.

If the return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the package. Returns without prior notification will not be accepted.

Damage and problems: Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is damaged, defective or does not match your order so that we can assess the problem and propose a solution.
